At Kers Scented Candles, your satisfaction matters to us. Each of our products is handcrafted with care, and we want you to love every fragrance you bring into your home.


1. General Return Policy

  • Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on burned candles, partially used products, or opened items.

  • If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We may request photos to assist with processing.

  • Approved returns for damaged or incorrect items will be refunded or replaced at our discretion.


2. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days once the return is approved.

  • Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.


3. Candle Refill Service

We are proud to offer a Candle Refill Service at a reduced price, giving you a sustainable, cost-effective way to enjoy your favorite Kers fragrances again and again.

How it works:

  • Bring your empty candle jar to any of the markets where you find us or visit us at our studio in Noordheuwel.

  • We’ll handle the refill process for you, so you can continue enjoying your Kers candle with less waste and more love.
