  • All products are handmade in South Africa; minor variations are part of their uniqueness.

3. Orders & Payment

  • By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information.

  • Payment must be completed at checkout. We accept the payment methods listed on our Site (including credit/debit cards, PayFast, and others as available).

  • Once an order is confirmed, we will send you a confirmation email.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 7 business days.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the nature of scented and home fragrance products, returns are only accepted for damaged or defective items.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the issue.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.
